If you do text, please include your name and your city in the first text. My shop is very busy, and as a result it is also very noisy. It is rare that I can pick up for a call during business hours (800:-5:00 est. Mon-Friday) so I prefer texts as they are easier for me to keep up with than voice mail in my load environment.
